  • 940,000 square feet transit shed capacity

    • 316,030 sq. ft. with an additional 20 acres of project cargo space

    • Additional 36 acres of port-owned lay-down area

    • 40 acres of leased space for project cargo, steel processing, FTZ storage, long-term storage, wind-energy, etc., all located within the North Side City Docks.

  • Two 40-ton (40.6 metric ton) container cranes

  • Mobile truck cranes up to 300-ton capacity

  • One top loader and one empty handler

  • One 200 ton American crane, one 300 ton Linkbelt crane and one 75 ton American crane

  • Forklifts up to 65,000-pound capacity

  • Mafis up to 80-feet long with 140-ton capacity

  • Top loaders, reach stackers, yard trucks

  • The North Side City Dock has direct access to the 610 Loop and easy access to I-10
